Telkom's login is not secure

Has anyone else noticed that Telkom's login pages on their website are not secure. By that I mean they don't use HTTPS?
Am I missing something?

More clarity, it shows HTTPS but both Opera and Chrome say the connection is not fully secure.

Okay so it is just because they are serving some resources up on HTTP and HTTPS. Ignore this post.
