Yesterday I got capped (webafrica) during the afternoon so I used a work account (telkomsa) as it was month end... I have my downloads scheduled for (12am to 6am). When I woke this morning and realized that I forgot to switch back to my WA account and saw that my downloads went through on the work account..
Now I need to know, how to I check the usage on the work account, basically I just need to know if it went off Octobers usage or if it went off Novembers usage.. I logged into the telkomsa usage tracker but it stills shows zero for Nov, I tried using the reports but don't understand how it works..
With WA the Usage reports are simple and easy to understand..
