I have a client that uses a Telkomsa ADSL account... They use the same account at several branches... They seem to be lrunning out of bandwidth (cap) quicker than usualy.. Today I logged into the Telkomsa Usage tracker and noticed that there are 2 more connections that someone else is probably using..

Client has 9 branches but their are 11 active connections.. So someone else is probably using the other 2..

Is there a posibility that there is a "incomplete" session so it's counting it as 2 connetions ?

Also does TelkomSA have any alternat tracking sites, something like the WebAfrica Control Panel where it shows the line/NAS port and the lines telephone number...

The only other tracking site I found is the SAIX 1 and the standard TelkomSA site.

Yes I think this is possible. I no longer use TelkomInternet, but remember something of the sort from a few years back.

No they don't. Which is one of the reasons I moved away from TelkomInternet. Their control panel and usage trackers and topup functionality suck big hairy donkey balls. Rather switch to an ISP that actually cares about the end-user experience, like WebAfrica or Afrihost or any of the many others.

You can view nas port at the bottom of the standard Telkom sa usage tracker, select "audit trail"
