telkomsa webmail server

The telkomsa webmail site (https://webmail.telkomsa.net/) has been unresponsive for weeks now (the message is "This site can't provide a secure connection"), and (https://webmail.login.co.za/) does not accept my username and password (and does not allow changing of passwords). I did change password via telkom technician, but this also did not help.
I can access my mails using windows live mail and on my phone mail app - but not via zimbra/webmail.
I need to access to the webmail so that I can delete mails and stop my mailbox quota from begin exceeded.
Any advice?

Yes, move to gmail and forget that webmail ever existed.

There is another thread here with the same thing.. Friend of mine phone Telkom a few times, and eventually someone fixed his.
