And yes, great service. Problems are fixed within minutes to hours.

Unfortunate that one has to take to complaining before something gets done. Why the call centres and shops can't just do it from the start is beyond me.

Perhaps due to the fact that it's easier to hire great people than it is to fire the terrible ones?

Thank you for sharing this, OP. Just wish I can totally get rid of that hopeless feeling whenever I phone Telkom's customer care (10210) with simple requests. :)
 
agree, all Telkom social pages are very helpful the big problem is still when you are calling their coustomer care

It's usually in the evenings on week-days and anytime over weekends that I try to reach them - nobody there.
It has became a habit already whenever I'm online just to check and see if the service is running - I can never get hold of them! The indicator dot is ALWAYS orange!

They are there on their post. Charl has responded with in a day half.They also gave me great help.

We all should remember depends on the problem situation on hand.
Mine was the exchange needed upgrade. He cant do it. There are other departments that he depends on.

Keep up the good work!!!! Charl and others.
