Basically sent a tweet at 2am, got a reply an hour later. Didn't believe it was a real person so I asked if it was and got a reply that there was in fact a human tweeting from that account.


Props to whoever you are.
 
Maybe it's a couple of people taking care of the account
 
If you got Charl, your problems will more than likely get resolved. Whoever else uses that account really isn't as good.
 
When I had exchange congestion, TelkomZA was the only light in the darkness. And I think I had Charl help me back then. That guy is a champ. If only Telkom employed more people like him. It is fantastic that you have someone able to look at the info provided, contact the relevant exchange and have a technician sort it out.

Also had Charl assist me with my exchange problem. Kept me updated on the process and gave me accurate resolution timelines, which...*GASP*...was adhered to!

Well, I sent Charl a message yesterday, I saw the Twitter account was busy (they are on the same team) yet my message HERE and THERE was ignored.
 
^ They have multiple people that handles the same account here on MyBB and Twitter. I imagine they take the questions and issues as they come in on a user by user basis. So you most likely got assigned to someone else :P Luck of the draw. The odds are clearly not in your favour.

Considering how long this issue has been going on... you'd think it would've been solved by now, but it hasn't.

I assume you have a physical line or exchange fault? Eish. Well...mine took exactly 9 weeks and 3 days to resolve :(
Was so much suck, but it was up to their network department to make changes and all that. Hope you do get sorted bud.

He is quite busy. He's literally dealing with hundreds of complaints. Give him a bit more time and I'm sure he'll get back to you.
 
It isn't Charl (he's disappeared somewhere).

Telkom Internet have set up a team to call customers back. Just PR, they don't (& can't do anything). You can't even speak to their manager.
