Did not read the article but I hate bloat. An application should do one job and do it well and not try and be a jack of all trades. PF

Application Use Enforcement

Why? Isn't why a company usually employ something like CA Unicenter or equivalent? A firewall should only worry about network related issues, not weather certain application can't be used.

Block Confidential Documents

This is all nice, but it doesn't prevent anyone from putting that file on a CD/DVD, USB stick or simply printing it.

The other functions are ok, but won't block a more technical minded person for too long.
