Teraco recently revealed details for their short-term data centre expansion plans

But that was a cheap shot about the delay. So it snows for 2 days, but they use it as an excuse that their project is delayed for 2 weeks.

The article's been updated to say "poor weather conditions". Apparently there were heavy rains in Durban messing up the schedule as well with the snows affecting supplier delivery routes.
