Most MSAN units runs ASSIA nowadays. The download is increased in exchange for a bit higher ping. Before that my ping was around 9-10.
Now its 25 minimum. Yours is a bit over the top, but will never be the same unless they take it off.

I understand and was on ASSIA before the issues started and my pings were about 40-50ms.
