I got called for an upgrade...the company I work for hasn't changed in 10 years...
During a security check they didn't pick it up
So they declined my upgrade
I spend nearly 2500 rand a month and I've used your service for more than 10 years
You have 3 days to contact me with an apology otherwise I'll move to another provider
