Good day everyone. I am not one to complain but today I have reached boiling point!! I have logged a call to report a fault with our ADSL line...it's not working and we have no internet for 11 days. The fault was logged on the 13th July and to date nothing has been resolved. According to the service center the fault is still at the "testing center" and no technician has yet been assigned. I need answers. My son is back at varsity and need the internet to complete assignments. What the heck? 

I need this fixed.
