Got it this weekend. Much better than NFSC, 10x more cares, 10x bigger world. I think it is great. Will keep you busy for a long time

Yeah awesome game. Wish my PC was fast enough to handle it though :( Its a real resource monger.

it really tooks its time to arrive for the PC... eish!

I want to compare the graphics between the PC & Xbox360 versions.

I played the Fileplanet beta (3.5GBs) and would stick to the X360 version simply coz its multiplayer seemed more refined. I am not sure if they did iron out the PC version multiplayer hassles but Xbox Live had its flaws initially until it got fixed.

The biggest issue will of course be lag when you join foreign hosted sessions. Sigh.

sub par port that lacks finishing.
Using Analogue controller is worse than keyboard as the game has a massive dead zone. Better than NFSC, could be to some. As refined as NFSC, not a chance. NFS has a smaller but more detailed world. A simpler game dynamic but well executed. TDU is little all over the place and graphics are very PS2 other than for the cars themselves which can look nice...
HDR effect is very dodge

I agree with above poster, but will replace sub par with rubbish. The cars look nice unfortunately the driving sucks and the game is boring. A great dissapointment to me as I was looking forward to a game out of the testdrive stable as the nfs francise and me are not friends anymore.

There is nothing "TEST-DRIVE" about test drive unlimited.
None of the adrenalin of being chased by cops.
None of the cliff hanging tire-squealing breath holding action as you fly uphill on a cliff.

In short.
Boring boring boring boring boring boring ... and did i mention ... boring.
It's like sims with cars.

And the damn thing cannot even use my MS Sidewinder wheel.
Pfffffffffffffft.

Dissapointed.

But .. it passes the hours that i should be spending mowing the lawn / sorting out UIF / being tortured ...

Weird, it was quite good fun on the X360 although I havent touched it for quite a while now.

Oh well, there go the consequences of a rushed port from a (soon to be ) bankrupt company. :(

I could be going out on a limb here but I think the average PC gamer's game expectancy standards are higher than the console equivalent.

I for one didn't find much enjoyment out of Halo even though I forced myself to finish it.
