I've been complaining daily since they installed this line that it won't work (account portion, not the line) and the answer is usually 'let's reset the password' or 'you must have entered it incorrectly'
Last night after another long wait (3+ hours in total) the guy said there WAS something wrong and to phone activations this morning ... which I did. Seems it was corrupt or something (they couldn't access either) and they made me a new one - which works
