Test Username / Password

Is there anyway to check this if the router isn't in front of me?

I finally managed to get the guy to reset over the phone (verbally gave the number) ... but I need to test it. Is there a delay before it's activated?
 
What do you want to check? If the username and password works?
 
Likely,radius servers are slow sometimes to update,but 9/10 times it's fine
 
Wow - I have ****ty luck ....

I've been complaining daily since they installed this line that it won't work (account portion, not the line) and the answer is usually 'let's reset the password' or 'you must have entered it incorrectly'

Last night after another long wait (3+ hours in total) the guy said there WAS something wrong and to phone activations this morning ... which I did. Seems it was corrupt or something (they couldn't access either) and they made me a new one - which works :P
 
They don't have the worst reputation in telecoms history for nothing you know???
