During the day speed is cut in half if you reach your 10gig rolling threshold but after 6 and on weekends it is full steam ahead.
One more week of my Uncapped express trial left.
Downloading speeds after hours were initially fast (40kb/s) but now snail pace at (20kb/s), but it did the job.
Normal web surfing and email access was painfully slow while downloading was taking place.
I actually landed up running out of things to download that interested me.
So a great buy but not needed every month.

Wait, till there is a true unlimited offering which we should get in the last quarter of 2009. I am talking about no threshold, no speed reduction and priced well.
That is what I am waiting for and will avoid long term contracts.
I'm using an Axxess Uncapped Express+ 384k account, I get full speed(420Kb/s) in the evenings 
It's fantastic for streaming HD content from sites like revision 3. I also use rapidshare for "backups"
and average 15gb per night
