Vodacom Curve GPS tracker tested — with good results

MyBroadband tested the Curve GPS tracker from Vodacom, and the device was easy to use and provided accurate results.

Vodacom's Curve smart tracker, which was launched last year, is a multi-purpose tracking tag that can monitor the location of an object to which it is attached.

Now we know where wickus stays
These are quite cool but it’s use for malicious activity is off the scales. You need to do an article for rf scanners to look for these things

Now make it a cat tracker.

I’ll pay real money for a gps cat tracker

What’s the difference between a tracker than can track any object and a tracker that can track a cat

Like an Apple AirTag, only useless and looks horrible :)

I have the air tags, it's a joke.

Most useless tracker on earth. I cannot find a single use case so nerfed it is.

The other per trackers are Bluetooth based.

I want a real time GPS based tracker with either Lora, 3G or Sigfox.
Do you suspect your cat is cheating on you?

Lora is a great idea. My son built a Lora based tracker for Rhinos. I must check the board size. It has extra unnecessary sensors like orientation and motion and included a kinetic recharge circuit... Lora is great but not sure about antenna...

That's awesome.

I love Lora ( the idea of it.)

If you skip past the shopping suggestions and check the first website suggestion https://pawtrack.com/?

And then you read articles of how criminals are using these tags to track your car and then your movement.
They attach the tags to your car when you are parked at a mall, etc.
