Testosterone levels (low? treatment?)

Why do the levels concern you? But as everyone says you are a bit too fat. Get that sorted and being active will help with the anxiety

BMI of 33 is bad
Change or concentrate on that first
Start with a change in diet

This

Is op single? Does op want more hair loss? Does op want bigger biceps? Does op feel impotent?

We are the way we are. Why the need to tinker with nature?

This is probably the worst argument ever for just being lazy.

No, we are not just the way we are. Cause and effect. The choices you make today will make who you are tomorrow. You are changing naturally (getting older.) So you won't stay the same. You 100% influence that process even just by being lazy. And by doing nothing the outcome is guaranteed to be worse.

Them midget porn get those Testo's rising again.

Op, you obese not even overweight.

Start running, skipping and klapping the weights, I mean p@€$klap the weights. Update your diet as well.

Your testorone will naturally rise.

Start here, PM me if you want info from someone who's been on treatment for years and has gone through blood tests every 6 months to tweak my treatment.

2 things:
1. Don't start with TRT as yet
2. Research HCG

Created a throwaway account for this due to the personal nature.

I recently got my T levels tested because I read some articles about symptoms of low T and thought they might apply to me.

I'm in my late 20's - The levels came back as follows

Free T Calculated: 310
Total T: 10.1
SHBG: 12

The doctor who I asked for the tests said these results were normal but I feel they're quite low for someone just under 30. Do any of you have experience with testing T. What were your results? Did you get treatment?

I know I could probably make lifestyle changes to up it a bit but I'm not sure that would get me into a respectable range?
start with making lifestyle changes, then consider alternative options.

Oats every morning and a ZMA supplement without extra things like tribilus in it.

The correct punctuation:
It’s dead. GYM!

Mostly because I think it might be making me feel less energized, a bit more anxious and a lower quality of life overall. I'm sure these are things that will also improve when improving my physical health. I wasn't set on a treatment. If exercise is what it's going to take I'm fine with that. Just wanted to see if anyone else had experience that could guide me. Losing weight will definitely take top priority.

Thanks everyone, hopefully I'll have an update in a few months with a lower BMI and a positive anecdote for my general feelings.

All the symptoms do match up with the symptoms of being overweight and not as active as I should be so hopefully that's all it takes.

Some more, don’t just gym or go for easy / steady walks/runs/cycles: HIIT it!
