Born and bred in the township of Soweto,Johannesburg,Thami Mtshali is a pioneering businessman who started off his career as a chemical engineer in the Petro Chemical Industry, working both locally and abroad. He then decided to actively pursue an entrepreneurial career in the telecommunications industry co-founding WBS in 1998.
