as some may have seen (and I am guessing almost no one) I am having some problems with OpenWeb VB Gold 4Mbps.
so I have had an axxess semi prepaid account for some time. I decide to switch back to it in the meanwhile. being aware I was on uncapped I deliberately shutdown download protocols on all machines.
suffice to say, while I was out there was a power blackout. and as it happens power was restored before I got back. which naturally meant my server was restored and all downloads on it.
this depleted the prepaid I had bought and another gig to add. not being aware of what has happened, I thought I was adding a gig after mine was depleted as expected. only when I bought an extra gig and saw it still had no availability did I ask questions.
axxess restored more a gig which is why I will probably to back to them given my other issues.
