Posted them a query on my bill, after spending hours fighting with my guy who the contract was taken out with.
A lovely lady contacted me twice today and told me she is taking over my query and it was resolved in about 10 minutes.

Absolutely amazing service, she was so professional and helpful and the Cell C reps here went beyond their call of duty.

I recorded the call, will try and see.
But she was very helpful called me back twice to see if anyone was dealing with my query and if anybody else had called me when I said no both times she said well in that case she will take over the query.

... and right on time, here it is. The Cell C reps on here are truly amazing, they are so efficient and professional that it boggles the mind how Cell C as a network is so horrible.

I was assisted by MM a while back and I have nothing but praise for him/her. The call centre agent was equally impressive in handling my query.

I am, unfortunately, unhappy with the quality of the Cell C network. It is really poor in quite a number of places I have traveled to.

Would agree, in the last year or so, the network has deteriorated, I switch to mobile data on my sim almost all the time unfortunately. Seems since Blue Label got involved it got worse
 
Signed for LTE after promises of good reception. 7th January. Cancelled after 2 days because of NO reception.
They still taking my money after 59 emails and 37 phone calls.
Now going legal, hopefully with huge costs award according to lawyer.

Already given my ID number to 37 people since 10th January......during your now famous and totally useless and pointless " securitu check" so what is the point of doing that again ?
 
I must confess, Cellc reps who have called me to sort out this LTE mess, have been going beyond the call of duty.

free topups of *insert beverage* once the contract is sorted on monday/tuesday lol
 
I had to open my ****ing mouth now when trying to make a call , I cant it says my balance is insufficient? Really?
