Just a special thanks to Esquire. As most of you know my ACRYAN PLAYONHD remote was stolen when I was burgled months ago. I have been trying to get a replacement for ages until the ONLY person who was willing and able to assist me was Esquire rep on this forum

Good to hear you got sorted and don't regret not going with the Mede8er too much.

Esquire rep, don't you think there should be a thread dedicated to Esquire service by now?

I fear the buck stops at Esquire rep, going by other posts it seems he's the only one willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
