I know many people have posted complaints about their customer service and dealing with Esquire but I would just like to thank the persons at Esquire that have helped me.
I've been dealing with them for the last few months in an attempt to start my own business and they have been nothing but helpful and efficient. So thank you Esquire and keep up the good work.
 
had the same experience first... think thats just cause they are nice people. BUT its not about that, its about the product quality and services once u have the product and need to return it... and truthfully they are not up to standard.
 
I've never had problems with their products either, I've had to return none of the things I've bought from Esquire for the last few years.
 
If you buy the branded stuff from Esquire i doubt you'll have a problem

I've never had a problem with buying known brands from them, did have a problem with Esquire branded products though (Flash drives)
 
Esquire (Midrand) is a great place to buy from but don't try to do a warrantee claim. Had to return a 500 GB Seagate HDD twice (Ver 11 issue) - what a performance - one would have thought that I was firstly an idiot for having a HDD failure even after I pointed them the relevant websites and then that I tried to scam them because I insisted on a swop-out as per their advertised pricelist. They wanted to send it for repairs! Eventually resorted to being extremely unpleasant, very loud and obnoxious. Had the same problem with a NAS that was faulty out of the box. Took them an hour to realise that there is no coms to the unit! Their technical department is really :eek:
 
Geez what retards! with idiots like that you just have to go the man above and complain. If that doesnt work go higher!

And after-sales support is what makes or breaks a company.
 
Can one just go to the Esquire (midrand) and buy or do you have to be a dealer?
