I just have to take my hat off to Postman Pot because he revived one of my PC's that had seen better days and I was about to park it out in the middle of the N1and be done with it.
However Postman Pot knew his stuff and with his extremely good hardware recommendations and detailed choices (explaining the pros and cons of everything between the various brands) and with his great prices he gave me, (ever mindful of my budget) basically a brand new PC. PLUS he spent hours sorting out the rest of the systems. Initially I was going for a minor upgrade just to be able to play solitare, and Pot respected that, but somehow he managed to talk me into spending more than I cared to spend but he gave very compelling reasons for doing so. That's really a good thing because he would have been happy to sell me a R50 dodad and not be bothered at all, and he would have made my PC run, however he managed to show me the big picture and what some key replacement components could do in combination and hey I'm impressed and remember nothing beats good old fashioned personal service my days of lugging stuff back to retail suppliers are over. So a round of applause and a thank-you to a great forum Hardware Expert, Postman Pot. My upgraded system rocks.
