I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation to all you guys on MTN, whether on contract or prepaid, for not abandoning MTN. Just imagining for one moment what our download speeds and latency would be on Vodacom if you all moved over because of billing issues, cr@ppy service or whatever issues you might have is just too ghastly to contemplate...

I'm sure MTN will sort out the billing issues, refund whatever they owe you and become a great network.

The Aussies won't fire Robbie Deans because they lost 13/27, so why should you guys fire MTN?

Just stick with MTN. PLEASE!

oh please. Vodacom's data is rubbish with a capital R. I barely get GPRS half the time. I bought an MTN payg and get 10x the speed on it in the same locations im in. I wouldnt touch Vodacom with a bargepole for data.

Same here.
Vodacom was a constant frustration for me.
Going to MTN was a decision I'm not regretting for a second.

Well, where I live - the vodacom signal is much better than mtn and the speed is about the same.

3G in Magaliesburg on Vodacom, Edge/GPRS in Magaliesburg on MTN!! And its been Edge for years!!!

Mtn Rules , I have been with MTN for 8 years now and never regret a moment, And I am still a devoted client till something better emerges from the waters (at the moment, voda, virgin, Celc is bottom of the list for me)

SSSHHH, we don't want all the vodacom users jumping onto MTN and clogging us up now.

Lets put it this way.
All of them suck.
I stuck with MTN cos i know that going over was not gonna be better.
I am still stuck with shoddy service but like everything in SA, we just get used to it.
Or like Telkom and Neotel - rather know the enemy then not.
