The 2 broken undersea internet cables

There were 2 undersea internet cables that recently broke. Mybroadband reported that the one was fixed, but what about the other one? Have they fixed both?

There were FOUR broken undersea cables, three of which had an impact on South Africa.

One of those three has been fixed, and the others are to be fixed by the end of the month.

[EDIT] Wednesday afternoon update: Now there are at least two cables that have been repaired.
