Our scale stopped working a few months ago, will weigh at bf's house if his works. So to start off, since I have no idea how to eat properly and I can't afford all the nice healthy foods daily. What do I do for lunch? Currently I'm taking half my dinner (which is usually some form of meat + veggies but I always finish the veggies first so basically I just take some meat) and boiled eggs to work for lunch/breakfast.

Today was my first day doing this and I honestly feel exhausted. My sleep time is in 3-4 hours usually and I don't know if I'm gonna make it til 7. I was also quite busy at work today so that definitely contributes to it but by 11am I had no energy left

Well, second day of only eating at night. Feeling better already. :D
I don't have breakfast because I'm not hungry until lunch time but then I need something. Two large eggs do the trick for me and are low in kJ and carbs.

You definitely need to get your body ready to do this, iirc, with the initial serious banting/fasting stuff, it took several weeks before I wasn't fainting all over the place throughout the day. Now though, it just takes a couple of days to acclimatize.

I'm not doing banting, just kJ counting and low carb. Done it a few times before (kJ counting), no adjustment for me. The alcohol reduction seems to mostly do the trick. ;)

Ja swaer, baie brannas en coke, so 6 kg.
Big mistake however was that I whent out of my strict 28 day diet plan straight in to holliday mode, no gradual acclimatizing. So basically no alcohol or sugar for 2 months back to lots of beer plus brandy and coke all day every day of the holidays.
I recon I'll quickly lose the first few kg again once I start next week though. To start off with, this 28 day plan I'm following isn't very sustainable me thinks, that's why I'm going to mix it up with LCHF to stabilize and keep the kg's down.

Just go full on LCHF, and see how it goes... give it a month.
