ugh more bad news, my biggest motivation was my wedding in June, this has now been moved out to Feb next year so with all the k@k going on this has demotivated me even more. But alas I shall cry over my bag of Doritoes tonight and continue in the morning. Time to reevaluate and readjust a new game plan.
Same! This goddamn word from home **** is killing me. When I am at work I have no issue fasting for days on end, now at home its just to easy to eat. Also with the wife being around it's coffee all day and snakes and lunch....
Need to get a new plan to handle this quarantine.
Yeah I am back on it from today, I woke up yesterday with news that one of my collages is now going on leave for three week... So I will need to pick up his work. At least I would now be incredibility busy basically 24/7 so hopefully I can get my mojo back.I'm used to being at home having been retrenched last year, but this not being able to go on walks is messing with me. Started beginner's HIIT sessions (just a 6 minute warm-up, 20 minute HIIT session and a 2 minute cooldown) on YT two days ago, my muscles are already feeling it. Today I have plans to organise some long overdue messy cupboards and push through another HIIT session. It's not 10,000 steps, but at least it's something. Up 100g since my weigh-in 2 weeks ago, which, considering my "diet" over the past two weeks, is not too bad. Get back on the wagon, it helps with your overall outlook mentally too! And just think how much less you'll have to stress getting closer to your new wedding date if you keep up your efforts from now, instead of gaining more weight now and then panicking all over again closer to the new date?
Being couped up isn't helping.Monday was 100.6 for me. really battling to stay focused on eating properly

Down to 92.5kg from 103.1kg in just under 3 months.
My initial goal was to drop to 93kg with fat loss, but moving that to 90kg since I still have some to shed. Joining my gyms daily zoom workout sessions, doing youtube spin classes and bought a pull up bar - so that's my lockdown workouts.
Crazy to think how much fat we carry on our bodies... if someone told me to carry a 10kg backpack all day, everyday - it would be unpleasant.

Yeah, my gym had someone come in with one of those fancy inbody scan machines.Well done. Do you have a way of measuring your Body Fat % - scales or calipers? Probably good at this point to look at that to help you determine where you should go from here.
