The 2020 Weight Loss Thread!

Indeed, may as well give it a second go, started last year at 91kg, got it down to 84kg but it spiked again to 92.5kg after an extended time on steroids and cortisone.

Current weight: Will check in the morning
Target weight: 80kg
Method: Excercise, low carb and portion control.
 
The only thing that lost a crapload of weight so far is my wallet and bank account, the rest of me still going strong!

Was sitting at 85-86 in September when i ran Cape Town marathon... after many a year of a mental block after crashing in comrades. Wheels fell off; started eating; drinking and got flu a couple times... Was 92 in December. My size 34 shorts are tight at the moment. Do NOT want to buy size 36. Had to do that Jan 2019 for a wedding; and i was knocked off my feet :-( That led to last years weight loss

Current weight: 91kg
Target weight: 83kg
Weight loss method: Exercise + Detox + Diet meaning: Oats in the morning; Diet Fuel for lunch for work week; dropping alcohol for a few months now too; and moderate dinner and do my utmost to not snack after dinner. And consistent running at 40-50/week. My weakness is I love to eat dinner :-(

Ive been thinking about doing it since last year.
Dont think Ill get anything done this weekend but maybe next weekend.

I also would love to but I am strictly amateur on the dev front and my wife has banned me from spending time on Udemy courses #yadayadyadafamilytime
 
I'm still away on holiday, home this weekend, will weigh in on Monday and get this year started.

Thanks for the new thread @Sinbad was going to create a new one on Tuesday but was out of office.

So last year went pretty well started on this thread at 155kg in August and went down to 120kg by November. I then did two months worth of maintenance and hit the weight hard AF to build some muscle for this years weight loss. Had my body composition check just before Christmas and picked up 6kg worth of muscle mass. So back on the dieet as of Monday ( 6 Jan 2020) at a starting weight of 132kg.

Current Weight: 132kg
Target Weight: 100kg (for now)
Highest Weight Ever 155kg
Sex: M
Height: 187cm
Age: 28
Method: Prolonged fasting(currently eating twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays) with Keto refeeds.

Perhaps we can all share our motivation for weight loss? I think it could be interesting to see why we are putting ourself through this hell. My motivation is my wedding in June this year.

How can a person attain heavy weight above 100 kgs, The question is kind of food or there is something secret
