The 2019 Weight Loss Thread

Was here 20 years ago. *sigh* Now probably 100

Was 96kg 6 years ago. I never expected that I would ever lose weight or be fit and active again but it actually only took a small mental shift to make the difference.

Never say never. Redefine your impossible :)

69,4 kg

I think my last workout was a case of too much too soon. I had a post-nasal drip the next day and have had a sinus infection ever since.

Hoping to get back to normal this week.

78.5kg this week.

Hopefully will be able to return to a normal exercise schedule in a couple of weeks and knock a couple of kg's between now and Christmas.

Checking in for the 1st time in a while, I'm hovering around the same sort of weight, 97.1kg's this morning.

80.5kg this week. According to my scales I'm up over a kilo in muscle mass this week.

Loosing weight there is nothing to do with exercise, Only control your kind of food you are taking

Reduce starch by 100 percent, You will see the outcomes within a week

Thanks. I follow a Paleo based diet so I avoid refined carbohydrates, grains and generally try to keep portions of the starches that are allowed moderate. I see Paleo as being more balanced than a low carb approach but I do dip into low carb/keto from time to time if I want to drop a little extra quickly.

Exercise is also important. For me to go from 78kg to 75 on diet alone would be tough and having gone from 5-6 days exercise per week to 1-3 this year (because of other positive commitments) definitely means I can't get away with as many liberties diet-wise :-)
