The NET (never ending Thread) that thankfully got closed by the OP it seems :)

The S1 is mighty pricey at almost R500k. But second hand I do see a few of them in the high 300s

The one I test drove is going for R380k. That's not bad considering it's a 2015 model with 3000km on the clock.
 
In these ever increasingly difficult economic times, when it comes time to replace my 2010 A3 1.8T s-tronic in a couple of years time, what would be a worthy replacement (downgrade) so that I don't feel too bad about said downgrade?

Funnily enough though, my brother in law, who has the Audi S4 station wagon with the 4.2l engine, drove my car for the first time today. I think he jizzed himself....:D

Isn't that Audi over a decade old?

He could at least try the 2008 Audi S4 which is still faster than todays 335i for a thrill

Hi all

My mate had a 2010 S5 fall into his lap about two months back :)
Its an awesome machine :love:
He left the keys with me for the week he is away on holiday :D

Its on 140K odd km and in need of a service, plus repair of a few niggles: fog light bulbs, bonnet gas lifter and front shocks are the one's I've picked up so far...

So, any decent independent in the Pretoria area for my mate to take it to? He is adamant that Audi Hatfield will sort it out for a decent fee but I think he will need vaseline if he takes it to them.
