I don't believe that and smell bs. Did you phone the dealership with the VIN number and speak to someone about emailing you the service record?

I mailed the original dealer where the car was bought and serviced they just said straight no. Only the owner is allowed the info. Then I spoke to Audi Sa on the phone and the guy told me the same thing, he at least helped me out by entertaining all my questions then explained he can't send me anything on paper.
