They are 45's and not 35's so not actually even the right profile. Previous owner must have been budget.

Is that even safe? I suppose so. I know rims allow going 10mm up or down in width (your 255 part of the measurement). I guess your speedo is a bit out.

My only gripe is that wet performance is not the best. But for the price they're fantastic, my choice for mid range tyres.
