Guys I've lost an injector on my 3L diesel,
New part 20k from dealer or 6K if we can find one from Bosch.
Check your copper seals between injector and block for blow-by if you get a chance.
If caught early enough the injectors won't be affected.

Obviously the one from bosch. Where do you get copper seals from? What is your mileage?

I think you need someone with VCDS to programme the injector with the number on the injector into the software

What was the symptoms? i think I have a bad number 4 injector because on OBDEleven I am getting weird reading but the car runs smooth no fueling issues can you can feel

I took the car to RMH Service Centre near the airport in CPT with "rough idling" which started just before my 150k service was due.
They know what they are doing and despite changing the injector seals the rough idling remained.
It was confirmed by disconnecting that injector which made no difference to the rough idling.
Luckily the car is fine at anything above idle while we locate or get the part brought in.
It is well known that losing those seals can lead to injector failure...which is why I posted it here.
I would say in my limited experience that changing the seals every 100kkm as a preventative measure would be a good idea.
Not an easy/cheap job but will save you losing injectors later.
Not sure my engine code but its a 2014 SQ5 TDI
