First thing other I've had to drink in 5 weeks besides coffee, tea and water ... so delicious :D

Coconut water is apparently awesome for electrolyte replacement. Wish I could find it in East London

Fat bombs are awesome! Just don't leave them out too long before freezing or they seperate
 
Normal. Just keep doing what you're doing. You will notice you are shrinking still.

As long as the weight loss kicks in soon. I have a target with money on the line god damnit!!! :D :D

edit: also saw over last weekend i was kinda static as well... so no biggie i think. think the weekend irregular eating is causing kark.

edit2: talking about kark, i think i've farted the last time about 2 weeks ago.
