The best hangover cure

The reason why most people suggest sugery drinks and oily breakfasts is because your body is short of electrolytes, nothing more than salt, and the suger is for energy I.e. glucose.

If you look at rehydrate, it's basically salt, suger and flavor.

So as long as you get both in, it will help you feel better.

My go to remedy is to take 2 mybulens, a big glass of water and a rehydrate before I go to bed.

I get horrible hangovers, so to be honest I avoid going overboard these days, I can't handle the aftermath.

Two Panados and a big glass of water before bed. Cannabis in the morning.

1) Stay hydrated
2) Eat lots, stay full, or at least don't go hungry
3) Smoke Weed. A bong or joint the day after a night out is always an "upper". It takes the edge off and so deals directly with the hangover anxiety, helps you to eat more and relax / sleep better.
4) 2 Panados.

I've also noticed that moving around helps me. Just laying on the bed or on the couch is not good. So maybe do some house work or something.

I'm just imagining lumo green stains all over the next morning. I'm not a big drinker, so even a few drinks and I'm finding religion in the toilet bowl. The only things that work for me are a heavy dose of vitamins or Bioplus the next morning.
I haven't called for Ralph or George for a long time. Might even be a few decades. But I practice a lot...

Water.

That's why i drink whisky and water so i don't have to drink more water later on.

500ml of tomato juice before you climb into bed…. Sip Powerade during the night to dehydrate…

All those prescribing painkillers / Panado / Grandpa stop advocating Liver damage

That **** will mess up your Liver.

I have been told by my doctor after doing blood tests - Liver has "high function"

So as someone who likes to overindulge per occasion and has had many, many bad/severe hangovers I have found the things that effects me the most. Like my hangovers were so bad that I normally couldn't eat any food without throwing it up again, so I ended off sleeping the whole day and only felt better the late evening. Depending on how responsible your friend is, water after every drink is a nice thought, but really is unrealistic for most people drinking to have a good time.

However most people get really hungry after a night of heavy drinking, and that is the saving grace between feeling like death the next day and only feeling thirsty and tired the whole day. It sort of levels your stomach so to speak so that you don't feel like total garbage the next day, some people can speak more to the Ph levels of your stomach and how drinking effects it. So my advice. Drink as much fluid and eat a nice meal before passing out. When you wake up repeat the process, eat (anything heavy) and drink(a lot of fluids). Depending on how much fluid you drank before you passed out, it might safe you from the next morning headache (due to dehydration). If he needs to urgently function the next day, a slowmag or something should carry him through the day fine.

Another pro tip: Before you pass out, make sure you have a large glass of water next to your bedside.

If all else failed, take the day and just sleep it off.
