Hey, nice, Person! Good to have you playing again!!!

PLEASE NOTE OFFICAL RULES MUST APPLY

2.4 Starting the Match
The match must start no earlier than 5 minutes and no later than 10 minutes after the server starts.
Once both spokespeople announce that their team is ready, the person administering the match (Referee or otherwise) will issue the map restart command. The game Must reload the map in full, as to stop confusion with pre rounds and the game going live. This will commence a 2 minute countdown, and then play will begin. It is recommended that both spokespeople (or the Referee if present) will announce "THIS IS IT" so that both teams are clear that round 1 is starting.

The Battlefield 2 Tournament comprises a series of matches. Each match comprises two rounds between two teams. At the draw of each round, Host will randomly determine the side each team will start the match as, either 'USA' or 'China'.
In the first round of a match, one team will play as China and the other team as the USA. In the second round of the same match, the teams will swap sides - the team that was playing as China will play as the USA, and vice versa.
In each match the team that wins can play another match, and the team that loses is eliminated from the Tournament.

1.4 Punkbuster

The most current version of Punkbuster will be enabled on the server. Players must have the same version of Punkbuster running on their computers to play in the Tournament. Players should ensure they have nothing installed that will cause a Punkbuster violation.
If a user does not have the correct version of Punkbuster, the game does not allow that person to play. For General Punkbuster support, please contact EA Games Technical support at http://eatech.custhelp.com/.

1.5 Communication with Host
All teams are required to ensure that their contact email address listed on their team information page is up to date and checked regularly, and that their team captain's email address in their Hosts profile is also up to date and checked regularly.

2.1 Time Limit

All matches will be allocated a maximum of 1.5 hours to be completed. This should be more than adequate to allow for an entire match. If the server time runs out before a match is completed, the match will be decided by the rules in the scoring section.
If a team can prove that their opponents have deliberately wasted time, the time wasting team may suffer a forfeit. Time wasting can include demanding extra time to have players connect, demanding map restarts due to players spawning on the wrong team etc.

2.2 Joining the Server

At any time during the match, a Referee (including a Host Staff member, GameOp or Tournament Manager) may join the game for admin purposes.
Each team must be ready to join the server at the time it starts. Teams are allowed 10 minutes to connect to the server and be ready to play. Any team that has less than 8 players on their team after this 10 minute period forfeits the match.
At no time may a team have more than 10 players connected to the server. If a team intends to have substitutes at some point, the players being substituted out must leave the server before the new players join. This includes during the two minute breaks between rounds.

2.3 Preparing for the Match during Pre-Game

Each team must nominate one of their players to be a 'spokesperson' for the team - the person that will speak on behalf of the team during the match. This is the person that the Referee will ask questions of, who will announce that their team is ready, etc. It is expected (but not required) that this person be a captain of the team.
If a Referee has not joined after 5 minutes of the server starting, the teams should decide (through their spokespeople) which team will handle the administration of the server for the match. If the teams cannot agree, the China team will select a team member to Referee. Each team should have at least one member in every war that is familiar with the commands needed to administer a match.

2.5 Swapping Sides

After the first round of a match has completed (either due to ticket loss, or time) there will be a two minute break. The teams MUST swap sides during this time. If a player intends to be away from the computer during the two minute break, they should swap before they leave.

Okay, okay...you want us to do a hard restart and kick everyone off?...and start on time...lol

ummm..... doing a hard restart.... ie the MAP LOADING is a bit unfar.... some of the players get into the round a good 30 seconds before the rest of the players do!

You start the sever, once everyone is on and your happy you reload the sever. There is a 2 min cool down time so every1 can rejoin and then game goes live.

Not really, its means the best people are playing and should be at a similar level.

Also, person...seeing as you are a stickler for rules :-) ...u missed one - you can only enter ONE qualifier.

"2. When is Big League Gaming Beta Tournament?
Below is the complete tournament schedule. If you’ve signed up for the tournament, you can verify the date and time by checking the Big League Gaming site, ww.bigleaguegaming.com. ***You may only enter ONE qualifying round***"

According to our records, you entered round 1 + 2 - I don't know how you were going to be in two places at once, but I need to take you off one of them, so which one do you want to enter, Qualifier 1 or 2?

They both at the same time, was not sure if i was entered, as there was no conformation and the number of place did not change when i checked it. You would think if i wanted to enter twice i would have pick 2 different times.

Not really, i have a new account (dont play online much anymore) but I should be one of the better players. This means if i get to the final, its going to be unfair because i dont have any special weapons unlocked...

Ja, that's what I thought - the number of place should have changed, you probably just didn't hit the refresh button. Its no problem though. Shall I just take you off Qualifier 2 and leave you on 1?
