Where / How can I convert my BCT to BCC?

I tried using Bittrex but I am required to do some or other verification process that involves me uploading a selfie (wtf?)

Any other exchanges you recommend?

Almost all exchanges require verification, which could include some form of ID.
 
So according to a mail from Altcoin Trader a Bitcoin Gold fork did occur in October. Looks like I missed that one. :o
 
Snapshot of the blockchain was taken on 23 October, the new network went live on Sunday night (More like monday morning)

Ok, so being that luno price is always above that of international markets, I sold 9.8 ETH at 8k. It showed in my balance as 80k after the sale and 2 minutes later the price went back to 5k and my balance went down to 50k odd. THIS WAS AFTER THE SALE. LUNO AUTOMATICALLY DECREASED MY BALANCE!!

Luno rep, please advise.
 
Eth at 8k is either a glitch or you're still half asleep.
