That is not cool, I hope they sort you guys out tomorrow. The ether side of things on LUNO seem really clunky. I tried to send to a different wallet and it just sat pending. Generally been pretty happy with the bitcoin transactions though.

WTF? No resolution? Just suck it up? Ive had enough of Luno's 'holier than thou' attitude. Time to move holdings to a proper exchange/company.
You do realize it’s a weekend? They promised to get to the bottom of it on Monday. All exchanges have issues, but if you do find the holy grail, please do let us all know.

What wallet can you wise folk recommend? I have some BTC, ETH, BCH and ETN all sitting in exchanges and want them all in one place.
ETN will have to wait till the wallets go live in a few weeks.
I downloaded coinomi on my phone and Jaxx on my PC and phone. Which one is/will be more reliable? Or any other recommendations?
And also, will there be fees in withdrawing to a wallet?

I can understand that Luno can't support all forked cryptos, but it would be nice to have at least have a withdrawal or shapeshift option.

If you were that concerned about your dividend you should have moved your coins over to a wallet where you control the private keys.

Good luck, been waiting since the 15th for proper feedback on my issue. (https://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/585298-The-Bitcoin-Thread/page320). All I get is "I'll check with the team" Down 0.7 ETH (almost R4.5k) - Not to mention the 30k I should have made if they honored their trades instead of things just magically changing due to their buggy app. They don't seem to be taking responsibility though. They will however be more than happy to take a fat fee when buying ETH from them.
