I'm keeping a close eye on ARK at the moment...
If you don't like Binance, other good exchanges for altcoins are Cryptopia, HitBTC and OKex

Will keep ark in mind.. yeah I’m used to luno and it’s so easy to just buy and sell there.. it’s very user friendly.. I expected Binance to be the same.. I guess I’ll check these other ones out..

Is ripple a no go? I see it’s run of going up is over.. what else is there? I only own bitcoin and ethereum?

I'm a little hesitant on XRP at the moment due to the recent FUD and general talk about it in the news being negative. I could be wrong but i'd hold off for now.

In terms of what else is good, best is to keep an eye on coinmarketcap.com and see what coins are doing each day. It's also good to maybe google coins that have something to do with something you have an interest in and then find the one in that category which sounds best to you and keep an eye on it in the coinmarketcap.

As far as ease of use goes... If you aren't clued up on how buying/selling on exchanges work, i'd highly recommend watching a youtube video on it. You can eliminate fee's by using an exchange over instant buys/sells and also once you understand the taker/maker concept, it will help you read what coins are doing from looking at the orders against the graphs etc...

Oh my gosh, that was a lot of help thank you! I will keep my eyes on the market and also I will YouTube videos to learn.. I’m not familiar with the taker/maker thing but I’m gonna google it out, maybe I’ll find out what it is and how it works there

Thanks again bud

Anytime bud :) I spend most evenings watching youtube vids on Cryptocurrency. There's PLENTY of nonsense but you will soon find the good channels with sound advise on which coins and ICO's are good one's to keep an eye on. As mentioned, coinmarketcap.com is your best friend and as for taker/maker and using exchanges... It's really not actually that complicated. By tomorrow you will probably be comfortable on Binance.

ARK sounds interesting, also have my eye on that one.
Keen on investing a good amount on it but unfortunately I'm tied down on TRON and XRP at the moment.
Perhaps on payday.

Hope the price will start to crawl upwards again slowly over the next month. Otherwise I think we will start to lose too many new traders who make losses and cash out for good. If the price slowly goes up then even people who know nothing about trading/investing will make some cash and keep playing the game.

I am quite happy with seeing crypto investments do slow and stable 10% a year. All this up and down isn't very healthy.

It's hard to tell what will happen. Very few people will want to put money in this volatile market (unless they're actively trading) for a possible 10% or even 30%. I think the price is heavily driven by demand from new people jumping in. If the returns are low or negative for too long it could have a snowballing effect of people cashing out and fewer people jumping in.
