From where did you move and what is your selected confirmation speed?

Mine was a payout. That etc wallet has a 1 etc payout minimum. I'm hoping that's my issue. Going to put a little in there to see if it registers.

Nanopool. Etc though.

I had ETC payouts to Poloniex from Nanopool that just never showed up in Polo. It is a Polo issue though. I just mine to Bittrex wallets now and mostly avoid Polo these days, even for trading.

From altcointrader.co.za, could not configure speed etc

I have never used altcointrader, but going by their fees,

https://www.altcointrader.co.za/trading-fees.php

Withdrawals of ZAR (South African Rands).

R 90.00 withdrawal fee - Fee reduced to R 0.00!
1.5% of the withdrawal amount - Fee reduced to 0.5%! Maximum R 250
If withdrawal banking fees are charged you will be liable for said fees.

they may operate on the slowest confirmation configuration. This is by assumption, best to ask them yourself.

See the markets and pairings,

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/#markets

though it does not give an indication on to which country may be investing it does give you the markets.

But I’m guessing that BTC is now being whaled. Too many people uneducated in trading bought into cryptocurrencies, and especially into the leading coins by price/market cap and has pulled out due to uncertainty, this is now being capitalised on.

I am still on track with my LTC/segwit speculation, and BTC is currently reacting similarly, but a lot can happen between now and August and 2 months in.

Not every exchange is in BIP91 support, some have stopped signalling yesterday, but, yes, BIP91 passed 80%. Waiting on the updates…

As long as at least 80% of blocks mined within the signalling period signals Bip91, it will lock in.
