I should've bought lots at the beginning of this month :cry:

Rule 2 of investing in anything: Never ever think "Should have, would have, could have" it will kill you inside!
 
And I have a sneaky feeling that there are secretly a lot of individuals/politicians in governments who have realised that the current debt based monetary system is unsustainable and welcome it as a way out of the ever snowballing mess, which is why governments have so far not been as rabidly anti-blockchain as one might have expected.

Wow, you give them a lot of credit - do you really think they are that savvy and forward-thinking (even internationally) ?

I very much doubt our government has a clue, but I think there are at least some individuals in major governments that can see the writing on the wall for fiat, or at least are fed up with the ever inflating monetary spiral. Consider the rumours that Chinese government officials have so far been relatively tolerant of cryptocurrency trading supposedly because many top officials are themselves using it as a means to get ill-gotten or even legitimate funds past their own strict forex controls

Yes, was posted when it was a bit fresher. Funny they didn't come back and say 'this is why we got it wrong'.
