Anyway, something is definitely up in China. I bought 100 LRC on Binance for dirt cheap soon after it opened for trading, now the LRC team are buying back on another platform and asked Binance to suspend trading thereof and delist it a bit later.

2. How we will deal with the refunded LRC tokens?

50% of LRC tokens will be destroyed on the blockchain, and the other 50% will be used for the long-term incentive plan.
By strictly following the national regulatory policies
, we believe the development of blockchain technology will be healthier in the long term.

As far as I can deduce it relates more to the ICO on Binance that preceded trading there than the coin itself.

Why don't you just buy BTC on luno?
I wanted to buy more IOTA for long term.

Also Luno has long eft clearance time.
Cex.io supports credit card with immediate reflection.
BTC on Luno is more expensive so effectively increasing unit cost of any alt currency
Current BTC tnx cost are rather high when transferring between exchanges. ETH was 0.1%
Current BTC confirmation time slower than ETH. ETH took 12mins for 20 confirmations

Luno is still cheaper after CEX adds their transaction fees. And with an FNB account I've never waited for longer than 30 minutes to have my funds clear (usually around 10 - 15 mins). CEX cc buy always works out to a few hundred rand more whenever I've compared prices.

and what about https://ice3x.com?ref=14305223

CEX: 0.0403 btc @ $200USD + $7.52 = approx. R2678.74
LUNO: 0.0403 btc @ 2554.52

The transaction fee to transfer btc from luno to another wallet is less than R50 which still works out cheaper than buying on CEX.

I hear you, but it also depends on the rate of each. Luno does play catchup sometimes. I tested arbitraged from Cex.io to Luno once and made 2% after all cost. But this was pre Aug1. Lately the % gap is smaller.
