Why can't Luno remember my PC for like 30 days or something? Terrible having to type in my otp every 30 seconds.

We'll only SMS you a OTP per session or per transaction when using the web interface.
It sounds like you need to enable two factor authentication though, it's a far more secure way to secure your account.

Thanks, have it enabled, just would love a setting to "remember this PC for 30 days" like Lastpass or Google etc.

I remember having a similar conversation with our team at some point, there are some major security issues enabling something like that. I guess we could do something for login only, but each send will require some form of authorisation.

Personally, I'd rather enter 2FA codes for every action as opposed to not have it, or bypass it for x days.

This. Computer security is simple. The good guys have to be lucky every time. The bad guys only have to be lucky once.

Then the mobile app should sign you out everytime aswell... if people can't keep their devices secure it's not my problem...

We use a once off auth to "link" the app to your account. Once that's done you setup a 4 digit PIN that you have to enter per action.
It's always strongly recommended to keep your device secure with a PIN, fingerprint or password :)

Make the circle bigger!

Definitely think it will hit $5k before year end at least so that should increase the Rand price by R15000 or so.

Yeah - if the Rand tanks (with our political overmasters and their shenanigans, this seems very plausible), Saffers will be falling over themselves to buy BTC, like the Venezuelans are doing now. Could be the only way to feed your family in the future, if things continue to slide the way they do now in good ole SA...

It is now so bad in Venezuela, that 1 Bolivar equals 1 Satoshi (check the Cointelegraph article)

Expect BTC to fall once the US wakes up.
Bitcoin blow as fund drops U.S. exchange application

(Reuters) - An effort to allow investors to trade digital currencies as easily as stocks in the United States stumbled when the backer of a bitcoin fund said an application to list on an exchange had been withdrawn.

Grayscale Investments LLC said Intercontinental Exchange Inc’s (ICE.N) NYSE Arca exchange withdrew a request with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list its Bitcoin Investment Trust (GBTC.PK), in the latest setback to the digital currency.

Seems like a non-event.

Yeah, everybody is an expert nowadays, pretending that they can predict what is essentially pure speculation, for the most part.

Technically he was right. It did fall. Not by much, but it did.
