What do you mean? They banning 'raising of funds through ICO's' they not banning BTC/Crypto. Some sort of framework to guide future ICO's is a good thing IMO. There are 100's of scamcoins out there!

I just skim-read the heading and thought they were closing exchanges just like China's doing this weekend.
But yeah, question stands. Will you guys cash out or keep your BTC floating?
I guess exchange banning means you can't acquire BTC, not necessarily outlawing the ownership of BTC. It would probably make more sense to then just keep it.
The only reason the Chinese banned exchanges, was because they were investing in high risk real estate, causing a bubble.
Its not unreasonable to predict markets based on news.Yeah, everybody is an expert nowadays, pretending that they can predict what is essentially pure speculation, for the most part.
Going up nicely again (perhaps on the news from Japan).
