No stop loss or conditional orders
High fees
Slow to roll out (Ethereum, BTG etc and dont tell me to read lunos notices on these)
Site doesnt refresh BTC values on the Home or Exchange pages.
Have to re-log in after very short periods.
Very basic functionality on graphs.

These are just few. Mainly I think Luno are , dare I say it?, crooks due to the way people are misunderstanding the buy and sell processes on your exchange which is costing them but benefiting you.

I dont think Luno's exchange is a fully functioning exchange at all and isnt suited to short term or even medium term trading. Great to buy and forget for a while. Otherwise expensive, low on functionality and poor on offerings.

I do think your graphical guys on both the site and app have nailed it in terms of looks.

I've mentioned this before, on entering the market place exchange page the values are always set up to buy at a taker fee which favours Luno, rather than the current maker fee. This is not wanted on the market place, that's why we're using the market place exchange function and not the immediate buy\sell function. I never, ever, ever want to place an order with a 1% fee due to the way I trade, and I'm sure I'm not alone in that.

I did a margin trade this morning and cashed out on R129k.

I should have waited.

So, I'm calling 150k'ish monday, and 200k'ish 11th dec, merry christmas:D
