A noob question. On Luno if I want to move my BTC to a private wallet what are the steps to follow and what are the fees ?

When will your delivery be, I was looking at purchasing - but deliveries are only in January !
Okes regarding forks:
One doesn't have to constantly transfer from Luno to a wallet every time there is a fork to redeem - its not necessary.
Ill keep this as simple as possible:
If you have BTC prior to the fork, you will be entitled to "redeem" Bitcoin Gold, or Cash, or Diamond etc at a future date, as long as your BTC was in a wallet prior to the time of the fork.
(Maybe someone else can comment on what happens to your "extra" coins if you keep your BTC primarily in an exchange and then sell it, I am not sure )
I can give 2 practical examples of what I have personally done in the past to redeem both BCH and BTG:
Senario 1: Bought BTC on LUNO prior to the fork, transferred it to Wallet A. Wallet A did not support BTG. After quite some time I transferred my BTC back to LUNO, after the fork. At that point in time, I used my private keys to restore wallet A to wallet B (wallet A was already empty as my BTC was in the LUNO exchange). At this point, I could redeem my BTG in wallet B, as wallet B supported BTG.
Senario 2: Bought BTC on LUNO prior to fork, transferred it to Wallet A. Again wallet A did not support BCH. After quite some time I transferred my BTC back to LUNO and sold it. After the sale, I used my wallet A private keys to restore to wallet B (wallet B supported BCH) and I was able to redeem it.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Only use reputable wallets to import your keys, as there are known scamming companies trying to obtain your keys, only to steal your BTC. I used COINOMI for for instances above (wallet B) and it worked without any issues. There are a few guides out there like this: https://99bitcoins.com/how-to-claim...il&utm_term=0_ca691db33c-ec45968cb9-121952821
Hope that helps
