The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

So I've started cutting for the first time in my life. It's definitely a lot harder than I expected; you run out of meal ideas very quickly.

I actually have a question about Clen. So, I've heard and read all the horror stories about the nasty side effects of Clen, especially if you're taking it for the first time, things like the jitters, anxiety, sweating etc. I'm currently on day 2 of 40mcg a day and I honestly don't feel schit. Is my natural tolerance just high or am I still in for a nasty ride? I'm going to up it to 80mcg on day 5 and to 120mcg on day 10.

Any advice here would be welcome.

I find cutting a lot easier than bulking.

With bulking it feels like I have to force feed myself the whole time and that is when I start eating the wrong things just to fill up the calorie gap.

At least with cutting if you eat less than your daily goal it is still winning.

No advice on Clen unfortunately. What are your stats? Why did you decide to go the Clen route instead of doing it normally?

Not judging because I have used ECA a few times myself but only for that last little bit of stubborn and when I hit a plateau.

Keep slow boy.

Clen builds up.

I got it for free from a colleague, so I thought I'd give it a go.

I'm (almost) 31, 182cm, 92kg, 16% bf. Looking to drop to about 12% bf.

Rather focus on good form and higher rep ranges (4 seems low) and don't risk injury? Your bench press form as you were reaching 100kg last time was not the greatest if memory serves correctly ;)

Nice :D

Don't rush anything. You seem overly concerned with your weights.
I want to be a powerlifter D:

err well in my dreams maybe

loooool damn that takes me back, yeah it was pretty shoddy but it was my first time ever doing it.

My peak 95x5, seems so far away now

but yeah the reps are low, I love strength training, its bae - but my wrist is ****edae

OHP - what a bastard of a movement.

lmao too much real life

So guys I been watching YouTube videos and heard of SARMs - these were not really a thing before were they? They seem like a natural lifters dream product!

Still I really hate taking things from companies that aren't legally liable pharmaceutical companies

Its still a kind of steroid.

So the clen I got was garbage; doubled the dose and no effects whatsoever. I binned it and I'm picking up pharmaceutical grade stuff today.

I've also been calorie tracking using MyFitnessPal. I must say, 2,300 calories with at least 200g of protein is a tough ask. Tweaking the diet somewhat because my fat content was too high and carbs too low. I haven't weighed in yet but I've already noticed the pants getting a little looser.

How do you know it was garbage?

What make was it what does the container looks like?

I dosed 80mcg and there were no effects whatsoever. They were capsules, brand name was ASL (Advanced Scientific Labs).

Left knee was giving me hassles when squatting this morning so I had to cut that short.

Which sucks because I was really looking forward to a good leg session - but apparently my knee has other ideas.
