Why do the threads get murdered @ 10k posts?
 
Avoiding squats due to my last squatting session where it felt like i bruised the inside of my knee thingmabob. Probably need a coach or knee specialist if i want to not injure myself as i must be doing something wrong unless its a bio mechanical issue or something abnormal about me

Deadlifts are fine though so I'm gonna at least try doing that regularly and focus on form as opposed to going heavy.

@strontiumDog, you wouldn't happen to be doing leg extensions would you?
