the boks won!! but...

Err, he's not a fullback. Has Pretorius ever even played there? Ruan Pienaar or Steyn would move to fullback if need be. But Percy is our goal kicker so it's unlikely he'll come off, unless he picks up an injury.

If any change is going to happen in the backline I can see the following happening.

Andre moves in at 10 - Butch moves to 12 Steyn on 13 and Jaques on wing
I can't see it any other way. This would be for any replacement in the back line. If one of the above is Injured - lets say butch then the shift will not happen. Any where else, the player will just move up a spot.

Nah, leave it as it is, JP might make way for Pienaar on the wing to counter Wilkinsons kicks but I think it will be unchanged.

Butch has really delivered the goods this world cup and his tackling is ferocious, and legal;)

if our scrums do not improve - drastically,

england will be world champs AGAIN and that will be a very sorry day

:(:(:(:(:(:(

No they won't. they destroyed us in the scrums last time as well. Our loosies will beat their slow pack to the ruck ball.

We need to improve in the scrums but it isn't as bad as people think.

that wilkonson guy they said is gonna fck us up.
I dont really watch rugby, but last night i got a fright when some one screamed in the house yes yes so loud i hoped of my chair.Damn what do you ppl see in rugby anyway.lol

Habana!!!!!

Man I enjoyed his tries! ;) :D :p

I still believe he scored that other try which was not allocated to him, which sucked.

btw. my rugby knowledge is way inferior, I basically started watching the game from late last year ;)

+1

I scared the crap out of my mates when I jumped out of my chair and cheered when he scored that last try. :D

Wilkinson can kick - But SA can score tries :-) We've scored at least 4 tries in every match so far. It has been said that defense will win the WC but some tries just make defense that little easier....

dab i used to be a bigger soccer fan than rugby but now its the other way around

rugga is awesome, beers plus rugga = amazing :)

rugby is so intense, always something happening

glad you saw the light killa.

But this is probably the last time we will see a RWC final for a while. See below. It's not about the best man/player for the job anymore oh no our politicians know how to screw up a good thing. I mean just look how SA Soccer is doing. *Massive Sarcasm*

Our current team is the strongest and most experienced team + coach ever. +-600 caps in total. Hope not to see it all go down the drain because of political agendas. *sigh*

The kicking backwards and forwards into your opponents hands isn't necessary unless one is under pressure within your own half. All the kicking in yesterdays game spoilt it a bit for me.

When this sort of thing happens, then you know the team has run out of ideas. And also hoping for the other team to make a mistake. That in itself is ludicrious, as you need to create the play.
