There was a comment on tv here that May had done the impossible, she had united the leavers and remainers in their unhappiness for the deal.

LOL ... she may be on to something though, I've heard it being said over the years in upper management that you've likely struck the best compromise when everyone is equally unhappy with you.

How are those no confidence letters coming along? Still 11 or so short?

Brady wouldn’t say last I heard, though the threat by the moderates to support a withdrawal of art.50 rather than a no deal might just have given some MP’s pause for thought and decided not to send a letter as things stand.

May might just cut a deal with Corbyn for an early general election in exchange for a Labour whip to support the agreement. Another option she has to remove the Tory whip and allow a free vote, which will place pressure on other parties to do the same(this has happened before. I think Ted Heath pulled this move), which might just give her the votes she needs.

She will not be the Tory Prime Minister that takes them to the next mandated general election in 2020 if there isn’t one before that.

Why would she call another election that can only have a worse result than the one she called previously, in exchange for votes for this thing? Get the deal, lose the government?

A gamble that if she gets support for the Brexit, she will come across as a “tough” politician, because she knows if she can’t get Parliament to back this deal, then she is done.

So she's willing to throw the country under the bus to protect her own position.

Ministers consider backing ‘Norway plus’ as Brexit plan B

Almost half of Theresa May’s cabinet have held talks to weigh up the possibility of backing a soft Brexit option as a plan B if parliament rejects the prime minister’s EU withdrawal deal.

Four cabinet ministers have held meetings to discuss the “Norway plus” plan amid concerns at the top of government that May will struggle to muster enough votes to get her proposals through the Commons.

Five other, remain-backing ministers – David Lidington, Philip Hammond, Amber Rudd, David Gauke and Greg Clark – are understood to have agreed to try to get the prime minister to support a softer departure from the EU.

Wouldn't be surprised if this is what ends up happening.
