"MPs vote against all eight options considered under the indicative votes process."

lol.

@Chris_the_Brit - I note the 'confirmatory vote' option got the most votes. Haha.

FOR-AGAINST

160-400 No Deal
188-283 Common Market 2.0
65-377 EFTA & EEA
264-272 Customs Union
237-307 Labour's 'plan'
184-293 Revoke A50
268-295 Public vote
139-422 WTO terms

Dafuq? Now what? We're going to have TM bringing her crap deal to the table over and over again for another 2 years?

From what they’ve just said on the news this was expected and they now choose the ones with most support to go back to a vote on Monday (unless the government produce something that gets a majority before then).

All the indicative votes failed lol. What a circus.

"Parliament wanted a say but it has turned out it has nothing to say".

It won't get over the line by my calculations. DUP is 10 votes, the true Brexiteers are now down to 15 or so + ultra-Remoaners like Grieve, Clarke etc. won't support it. So TMay is still short by a lot. Also not sure speaker will allow this to come back for a vote.

DUP are so cool. Nigel Dodds for PM. Proper principled conservative.

This whole fiasco seems to be turning the people of England against EVERY politician. They all just seem like a big bunch of tools right now.

Happening in the US, too, to a slightly lesser degree as Americans are on average more naive than the British.

The citizens are starting to realise that their political leaders are tools, while the political leaders are convinced (with some justification) that the citizens are incredibly stupid and shouldn't be allowed to vote.

“Perhaps we could exist in a quantum state both in and out of the EU. Perhaps Britain splits into a thousand warring factions. Perhaps we wink out of reality to return for one day every hundred years.

“Either way, we’re resolutely opposed to doing anything that we could actually do. Your move, universe.”

Not even the combined zealous incompetence of the EFF and the ANC can match this debacle.

How can accepting May's deal on the condition she resigns, change the circumstances of the deal.

Almost like they don't actually care about the deal, but have some personal self interests.

Strange how Mogg, Boris and the other foolish acolytes can change their mind, but the public aren't allowed ...

I heard that part a lot during the discussion yesterday in parliament.
How is changing your mind on a deal delivering what the people asked, similar to people who requested to leave, now being assumed to not wanting to leave?

Liberals are losing their minds because a vote didn't favor their view and wants to keep on voting on it till they win. That is not how referendums work. Imagine if the referendum to end apartheid was voted and voted and voted for till it served the purpose of those who didn't want it to end? Make peace with it. Brexit has been voted for and it needs to be delivered on way or the other.

Only choices really is how it should be done. I'm still for a hard Brexit, but any Brexit will do at this stage.

Watch this clip from the BBC

‘I said to one Cabinet Minister, why is the PM holding a vote when she’s pretty sure that she’s going to lose? And using very strong language, this Cabinet Minister said to me, “Fsck knows. I’m past caring. It’s like the living dead.”’
